You earn 40% of 5% as commission.
Note: You can add your percentage on each property. This will not in any case affect your commissions.
Let us say the land is sold for 10,000CFA for a m2. You can decide to sell for 12000CFA or 15000CFA

Bring real estate agents like yourself who want to earn money selling our properties. We will reward you 15% for every money they earn.
Let’s say your referred agents earn 10MillionCFA every month.
We will pay you 15% of the 10 MillionCFA monthly.
15% /10million = 1,5MillionCFA monthly.
Your referred commission is = 1.5MillionCFA monthly.
